5 Minute Breathing Meditation (Audio)

I’m so excited to be sharing with you, for the first time, a pre-recorded audio meditation!

Don’t worry. If you’ve never done any meditation, this one is super easy. All you do is breathe, something we all do every day. Easy, right?

This five minute breathing meditation will be part of a series. Each subsequent meditation in the series will go a bit deeper.

This first meditation focuses on the breath, a powerful tool to unlock the inner peace already in our minds. Even 1-2 minutes a day of breathing meditation meditation can positively impact our lives.
